Home  Baking

We supply home baking for our cafe on Tiree from April to October.  It's a busy time.  We provide freshly baked  cakes, biscuits and traybakes seven days a week.  At the end of season, when our shop on Tiree closes, we work from Edinburgh.  Winter allows us time to provide baking at a slower, more personal pace.   Everything is scaled right down to a small range of timeless tried-and-tested favourites. There are no additives or preservatives in our baking and  wheat-free and vegetarian options are available on request. We mail all over the UK (Devon attracts most orders, for some reason) with deliveries taking anything from one day to three.  

 

To make things easier, we also offer a Repeat-Order service on our Subscribe-&-Save page which includes a box of cakes chosen at random and delivered automatically each month without you having to do anything.

Crisp top with fine sponge layer over a gooey, fudgey base. Unlike solid brownies.
